1. Register for our virtual walk-a-thon HERE

**Only $35 to register which includes a virtual certificate of completion and a one-of-a-kind Jeff McKillop Memorial Virtual Walk-a-thon medal mailed to your door!

2. Choose whether you will walk, ride or cycle 5km and complete between Oct. 2 & Oct. 12

**Map your route or use any phone app to track your steps.  

3. Receive your medal and celebrate!
